Colangelo to receive Suns highest honor on Sunday, November 4

PHOENIX – The Phoenix Suns will honor Chairman and former CEO Jerry Colangelo inducting him in to the Ring of Honor, the team’s highest honor. The ceremony will occur at halftime during the Suns-Cavaliers game on Sunday, November 4. Tip-off is set for 6 PM.

In addition, the Suns will host a dinner in honor of Colangelo on Saturday, November 3 at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa.

Colangelo will join eleven other Ring of Honor members (Alvan Adams, Charles Barkley, Tom Chambers, Walter Davis, Cotton Fitzsimmons, Connie Hawkins, Kevin Johnson, Dan Majerle, Joe Proski, Dick Van Arsdale and Paul Westphal).

Fans wishing to send a special message to Colangelo can log on to Suns.com now through November 4 to wish him well and thank him for his contributions to the community.
