The APS Customer Service Office at Copper Square is located on the southeast corner of 1st street and Jefferson in downtown Phoenix, inside the U·S Airways Center. APS is on the first floor of the building, northwest corner, just right of the U·S Airways Center ticket office.

Customers may park in the U·S Airways Center parking garage, south of the building, enter on 1st street. We will validate your parking ticket when you do business with us.

APS offices offer a variety of services:

• Pay your bill or deposit account by cash, check, or money order. Sorry, we do not accept debit or credit card payments at our offices.
• Schedule turning on, transferring or turning off electrical service
• Pick up brochures or pamphlets
• Inquire about your APS bill
• Subscribe to the Arizona Republic newspaper

An automated payment terminal is available in our office for your use during business hours. Please bring your APS statement to use the automated payment terminal.
